The entire staff was excellent and available whenever I needed them even at night. Gail and Mike especially! The connection between client and realtor is critical. Gail presents as a service, intent on capturing the needs of the client. Always available, Gail sold our house at 6% above market value. What she didn't know about solar panel systems, she researched. Gail never slept until the deal was done (as it appeared to me).

With being a first-time home buyer, I had zero experience in the entire process. Tom walked me through all of the steps and was there to explain everything to me. Prior to showing me potential homes, he visited them himself to make sure they fit what I was looking for. Tom also showed me a variety of homes and explained to me why he chose to show them to me to help with my education even if he knew I wasn't going to eventually be interested in putting in an offer.

This was not my first time buying or selling a home and she advised on many things that realtors in the past didn’t know or never thought to inform us on… she also works with contractors who will ready your home for sale who do outstanding work at an affordable price, and works with another loan company if you wish to move first to ready your home for showing/sale to make life easier…. Candice was a shining star in our darkness. She was a tremendous help in selling my mom's house. The family was still greving for the recent loss of our mother. The house had to be emptied fixed and sold in a very short time. Candice grabed the reins and guided us through every step. Because of Candice's expertise the house was ready for sale in a little less then three weeks and the house was sold four days after it went on the market. I would recommend Candice Bothun as an agent to sell your house knowing that you're going to get the best there is.
Candice was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She put us in touch with a contractor that made improvements to our home prior to placing it on the market and the work didn't need to be paid for until closing. The work cost us about $13,000 however, we sold the home for $35,000 more than we would have without the improvements, netting us an additional $22,000. The house was only on the market 8 days when we got our first offer, which unfortunately fell through due a loan issue with the potential buyer. The very next day after learning their loan fell through, we had another offer and contract which did go to settlement. Use Candice for your home sale and I am sure you'll have the same outstanding experieince.
We had a wonderful experience working with Candice. We were moving from out of town and she took time early on to get an understanding of what we were looking for in a property and did several zoom walkthroughs with us. She also spent a morning driving me through different neighborhoods to get a better sense of the area when I was in town. Dale was a complete professional in assisting with selling our home. He stayed in constant contact even though we work overseas. We had issues along the way that postponed the closing date, not his fault but the buyers lender. Dale was able to get our townhouse rented very quickly in under two weeks. We are out of state and could not see the house before it was listed, but Dale made sure it was clean and presentable. Being a first-time home buyer is nerve-wracking.
